Windows 95 support
NetLimiter was the first Windows application available that allowed you to limit Internet usage, having been released in March 1999. The first release was available for download at the time of Microsoft Windows 95's release in 1995.
Limiting Internet usage became very popular in the early 2000s, when the Internet was widely used by students. However, in later years, Internet usage has been steadily increasing, and with it, the number of Internet users are also increasing. This makes it increasingly harder to balance between Internet usage and educational assignments.

Category:Utilities for WindowsA statewide survey of physician prescribing of combination anti-infective regimens.
Antibiotic resistance is a significant health care problem. Adequate empiric antibiotic therapy is an important component of the antimicrobial resistance problem. To assess antimicrobial prescribing practices in Pennsylvania, we conducted a survey of Pennsylvania physicians with a target of 400 survey responses. We distributed the survey in an attempt to collect a representative sample of physicians prescribing antibiotics. The physicians were identified through a list of physicians belonging to the Pennsylvania Medical Society. The survey included questions about antibiotic prescribing practices and their beliefs about the benefits and adverse effects of combination antibiotic therapy. Three hundred thirty-nine physicians completed the survey. The percentage of physicians prescribing combination antibiotics varied significantly by practice type, geographic location, and specialty. The majority of physicians reported that their prescribing of combination antibiotics was appropriate for a given indication, but there was wide variation in the percentage of physicians who reported that combination antibiotic therapy was "always" or "most of the time" appropriate. Based on our experience with this survey, we believe that this is the first time that a survey of physicians in all levels of practice, across all geographic areas, and in both rural and urban settings has been undertaken to assess physician prescribing of antibiotics in a single state. Our results provide an important benchmark for comparison with other states. In addition, our survey provides some evidence of prescribing practices across specialties, which may be useful for comparisons with other state-based surveys.# This file is part of BlackArch Linux ( ).
